To date in "Litigation and Prevention of Insurer Bad Faith," Dennis Wall analyzes over 3,600 cases, statutes, regulations and other authorities published in print in 14 Chapters and 356 Sections, plus 11 Appendixes, for a total of 1,217 printed pages. Dennis's Book is also made available online. Dennis Wall has been authorized by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation to convey Continuing Education Credit, and the Florida Bar has extended Continuing Legal Education Credits, to his presentations. Dennis Wall is certified as a Mediator by the Supreme Court of Florida. Mr. Wall continues to receive the highest possible ranking published by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory: "A" which is the highest possible grade and is a rating received from other lawyers familiar with Mr. Wall and "V" which stands for Very Good Ethics and is also graded by other lawyers and is the highest possible grade that an attorney can receive.
