American Health Insurance Plans, a trade organization, demands that the United States Government block the implementation of so-called simple, easier-to-understand Policy Forms and Endorsements, at least for awhile yet. The industry does not have the time to provide consumers with plain language Health Insurance forms, AHIP says. If AHIP announces that Insurance Policies cannot be written in plain language, you have got to wonder.
